To submit a return or exchange


We know online shopping can be tricky at times to ensure a perfect fit, color, etc! Therefore we offer HASSLE FREE Returns / Exchanges! You have 14 days after your item has shipped to submit a FREE return or exchange. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. However, our #1 priority is YOU! Please don't hesitate to contact us directly at with any concerns or questions! 
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please include all original packaging. For hygiene protection Accessories & Bodysuits/Intimates are final sale.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Once your Exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and an email will be sent with tracking to notify you of your new item being sent out. 

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
