Return Policy



We offer returns within 14 days after your order date. If 14 days have gone by, unfortunately we will not offer you a refund. All returns that are approved will be refunded to your original form of payment. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed & unused and in the same condition that you received it. For hygiene protection Accessories & Bodysuits/Intimates are final sale.

Shipping When you submit a return, you are responsible for return shipping fees. Be sure to ship out immediately upon submitting a return request! We must receive the order within 7 days or we will not offer a refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you have not received your refund, please contact us at
